Skills & Trade Development: Helping inmates acquire vocational and educational training while in custody.
Post-Release Reintegration: Supporting discharged inmates with transport, accommodation, and immediate settlement needs.
Employment & Entrepreneurship: Partnering with individuals, companies, and government agencies to create job opportunities, mentorships, and funding access.
Business Support: Assisting ex-inmates to build business models, market their products, and access grants or loans for financial independence.

Counseling & Guidance: Providing emotional and practical support for spouses, children, and other dependents of inmates.
Financial & Material Assistance: Mobilizing resources to help families cope when their breadwinner is incarcerated.
Protection & Advocacy: Safeguarding vulnerable family members (especially women and children) from abuse, exploitation, or neglect.
Awareness & Sensitization: Organizing outreach programs to reduce stigma and raise awareness on the struggles families face when a loved one is incarcerated.

Correctional Service Training: Strengthening the capacity of correctional officers through “train-the-trainer” programs.
Mediation & Restorative Justice Training: Equipping stakeholders with skills to resolve conflicts and reduce recidivism.
Workshops & Seminars: Hosting programs for communities, government agencies, and NGOs on prison reform and post-release reintegration.
